What is Coaching?
Coaching is future focused. If you are trying to get to the next level in your business or life, being coached can get you there. Whether you are trying to lose weight, make more money, find purpose in your life, making a career change, starting or ending a relationship, being guided by a coach can help you see a new perspective and get results faster.
Coaching is not therapy. While therapy is a wonderful thing, and focuses on healing based on past circumstances, coaching is designed to move you forward and create specific actions and mindset shifts to help you attain your goals.
I believe coaching is the most valuable thing that you can invest in. Just like a personal trainer (but for your mind!), a coach will help you figure out which exercise you need to get the results you want. Training your mind is just as essential as training your body (if not more!). When you overcome beliefs or patterns that are holding you back, you can absolutely move forward at a quicker rate than before.
